About this policy

This policy explains the cookies and browser storage LIVYVIO uses. It reflects the current implementation and will be updated if we add new technologies.

Strictly necessary storage

LIVYVIO stores a small amount of data in your browser (localStorage) that is essential to the service: a sign-in token that keeps you logged in, and your selected wellness goal and language preference. This stays in your browser and is not used for advertising.

Calculator inputs and results also stay in your browser and are never sent to or stored on our servers.

Cookies we set

LIVYVIO does not currently set first-party tracking cookies. Sign-in uses browser storage rather than cookies.

Analytics

We record anonymous usage events (such as a page view or that a calculator was used) to understand and improve the service. These are not linked to your identity. LIVYVIO does not currently use Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics cookies.

Third-party services

Some resources load from third parties — for example web fonts and images from content delivery networks. These providers may receive technical request data (such as your IP address) needed to deliver the resource.

If we add optional analytics later

If we introduce optional analytics or similar non-essential tracking, we will ask for your consent first (where required) and provide clear accept, reject and manage-preferences options before any such technology loads.

Managing storage

You can clear your browser storage and cookies at any time via your browser settings. Clearing the sign-in token will simply log you out.
