Personal data we process
Account data: your name, email address and a securely hashed password. Preferences: your selected language and wellness goal. Favourites: content you choose to save when signed in. Newsletter: your email address and language, if you subscribe. Usage analytics: anonymous events (such as a page view or that a calculator was used) with the page path and language — these are not linked to your identity. Security logs: technical request data (including IP address) used to protect the service, for example to rate-limit repeated failed logins.
What we do NOT collect
Calculator inputs and results (for example weight, height, age) are processed entirely in your browser to show you a result. They are NOT sent to or stored on our servers. LIVYVIO is not a healthcare provider and does not create medical records.
We do not sell your personal data.
Purposes and legal bases
We process account and favourites data to provide the service you request (performance of a contract). We send the newsletter based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We process anonymous analytics and security logs based on our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving LIVYVIO.
Service providers and hosting
We use infrastructure and service providers to host the application and database, to load fonts (Google Fonts) and to serve images (image CDNs). These providers process data on our behalf or as needed to deliver their service. A current list can be requested at info@livyvio.com.
International transfers

Retention

LIVYVIO is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age.
