How to do it
- 1.Stand tall holding a dumbbell in each hand, arms by your sides, palms facing forward.
- 2.Keeping your elbows tucked, curl the weights toward your shoulders.
- 3.Pause briefly, then lower under control to the start.
- 4.Repeat for the suggested repetitions.
Common mistakes
- •Swinging the torso to lift the weight.
- •Letting the elbows drift forward.
- •Using momentum instead of control on the way down.

- •Choose a weight you can control for all reps.
